Current Minimum Order: $100
To keep our pricing at true warehouse levels, we require a minimum order. This value is subject to change and can vary depending on the items being bought. This allows us to operate efficiently and continue offering deep discounts on quality overstock and closeout items.If you’re shopping for smaller items, we recommend bundling them together to meet the minimum. Many of our customers stock up or combine orders with friends, family, or community groups to get the best value.
We also welcome bulk and business orders. Whether you’re a reseller, small business, event planner, or simply placing a large group order, we’re happy to create a custom offer based on your needs. Just reach out with your budget and any specific requests—we’ll work with you to build a personalized deal.

Shipping Method:
All orders ship via UPS with full insurance and tracking. Standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Rates:
A flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Oversized or high-value items (like the Diva Dolly) include built-in insurance and handling.
Lost/Damaged Items:
If your item is damaged in transit, UPS will handle the insurance claim. Please email us (contact@thedealstop.com) a photo of the package and its contents within 72 hours of receiving the delivery with clear written statement that your order was damaged during shipping. We will contact UPS for the insurance claim and work with you for the refund on the order, but we do need photos and that statement from the buyer.

At The Deal Stop, we work hard to offer you the best possible prices on quality liquidation items. For this reason, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective or damaged.

Damage in Transit:
If your Diva Dolly is damaged in shipping, contact UPS directly to file a claim. We do not refund items damaged in transit once they have been successfully shipped.
Refund Exceptions:
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or if the item was used. If you believe your product arrived defective (not due to shipping), contact us at contact@thedealstop.com within 3 days of delivery. More details on this in the Shipping policy. If there is damage, we need photos and a statement from the buyer that the item had delivery damage.

We’ve partnered with Move By Us to offer delivery anywhere within the continental U.S. For customers located more than 50 miles from our warehouse, this option must be selected during checkout, along with a $200 delivery deposit. Please note: final delivery costs may vary and could exceed the deposit.
Just like with local delivery, you will receive direct contact information and a quote from the delivery team. If you decide not to proceed with long-distance delivery, you may opt to pick up your item from our warehouse for free, and your $200 deposit will be fully refunded.
To receive a full refund of your $200 deposit, you must notify us in writing (via email or text) within 3 days of receiving your quote that you’re declining delivery and opting for pickup. This helps us process your refund promptly.
If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the shipping quote, you must notify us in writing (via email or text) within 3 days to receive a full refund of both the item and your deposit.
After 3 days, we reserve the right to retain $50 of the deposit as a holding fee, but you will still be eligible for a full refund of the item and the remaining $150 of the deposit.

Shipping is via our partner, Move By Us. The $50 is a delivery deposit (final cost may vary/ increase). You’ll get contact info and can switch to FREE local pickup anytime (deposit refunded). Orders $1000+ in local ZIPs (excluding NYC 5 boroughs/Long Island) get FREE delivery. Over 25+ miles? Ask for a discount—say Nick sent you!

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
If your item is damaged in transit, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Insurance claims must be handled through UPS by the recipient or sender, as applicable.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Deal Stop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or products.
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the item you ordered.
